Braiven

Braiven (formerly known as Brazn) is an orchestration platform that bridges the gap between Computer Vision AI and IoT for different industries.

Starting with your camera, Braiven transforms your operations digitally through remote monitoring, analysing video analytics into usable data within a single dashboard.

The task

Build, brand and scale the platform for diverse use cases as we uncovered user needs and opportunities along the growth and evolving strategy of the product.

The team

Working with a lean team of one Chief Technologist, one Product Manager and a modestly sized development team, we built the platform starting with a front-end dashboard showing usable data such as an asset’s location on a floorplan, sensor status, camera feeds and analysed data.

Scaling

As the platform grew, the back-end administrator was scaled to let users define dashboard parameters, such as occupancy thresholds for Capacity and blacklists for Vehicles, and configure Smart Alarms to automate actions to an enterprise’s needs.

The dashboard experience evolved in stages as we pursued opportunities in verticals such as Agriculture, Retail and Facilities. In the latest pivot, Smart Security for Facilities became the focus of the product.
